Envision generative AI improving data access for professionals through readability, usability, and user satisfaction.

CleeAI is an AI-powered search tool that offers 91% accuracy and is designed to provide real-time insights for data-driven decision-making. By combining data-scraping technology with LLMs, it improves the authenticity of search results. The project aims to resolve issues related to a cluttered, unintuitive UI/UX that hampers readability, navigation, and efficient user interaction.

My Role

Designing the feature end-to-end, working closely with engineering to craft search experiences in detail.

Impact

Improved the NPS to 84 as a new high peak after the product has been released

The release led to a significant increase in user satisfaction, achieving an NPS of 84—marking a new peak and reflecting improved user experience and engagement with the product.

Investor response was overwhelmingly positive, indicating confidence in the product’s enhanced usability and alignment with strategic goals, fostering further investment interest.

Design deliverables

This project focus on improving readability, optimizing mobile navigation, enhancing interaction flow, simplifying visuals, and incorporating feedback features. Adjustments include refined layouts, realigned mobile elements, auto-focus on search, streamlined login, and new like/dislike options, all aimed at a cleaner, more efficient user experience.
